Return Policy
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item bought on this website for a full refund. This doesn’t apply to items personalised or made to your specification.
To cancel, you can Email us, call + 31(0) 6 55 333 165 or write to us (see contact us for details) quoting your order number. You can cancel anytime from placing your order up to the end of a period of seven working days commencing the day after delivery of your item(s). You must take care of the item(s) (which e.g. means protection of low and temperatures (below 5 C and well above room temperature) and the product has to be received by us unopened, unused and with any seals and shrink-wrap intact. Return cost are to be born by the customer according to EU regulations.
Please make it clear when you are contacting us that you are cancelling under the Distance Selling Regulations so we can arrange to refund the purchase price after the item has been received.
